We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 8am to 8pm MT.

Call 877-593-BILI (2454) to confirm a bili blanket is available in your area and to provide family’s last name and phone number for the order. If you don’t reach a representative, please leave a message and fax over your order.
Fax the order to 800-231-0352. An optional form is provided here for your convenience. Please note that fax technology is not great. We strongly encourage you to call to verify your fax was received. A baby is waiting to start treatment and we want to take every precaution to avoid any delays. Thanks for your help!

Please have your pediatrician’s office fax in your order.
You should use the “Place Order” button to place your order.
The rental rate is $95/calendar day, among the most affordable in the nation.
If you have Medicaid or Tricare or Denver Health, your rental likely involves no cost, please reach out to us to confirm.
You may use any major credit card (HSA/FSA ok) to authorize your rental.
Delivery and Pickup options will depend on your location, and inventory.
We do not bill private insurance, but see “Insurance” link in the footer of this page for important information about submitting your claim.
