Bili Blanket Baby - Bili Blanket Rental

We provide families with the latest bili blankets manufactured by GE Healthcare. Equipment is tested and disinfected between every rental period. Jaundiced babies receive high quality and sanitary bili blankets for home phototherapy.

The rental rate is $95/calendar day, among the most affordable in the nation.

If your insurance is Colorado Medicaid, Denver Health (all plans), Colorado Access, Tricare West, or Nevada Medicaid, you likely have no cost. Please call us to confirm.

Temporary Authorization/Hold +$395.00

Temporary Authorization/Hold Requirement: To qualify to rent a biliblanket, the renter must present a valid major credit card or debit card with available credit. At the time of rental, an authorization hold of $395.00 will be secured on the credit/debit card provided, to cover the estimated rental charges that may be incurred. These funds will not be available for your use. Your final billing details will be determined after the equipment is returned.

Damage Waiver - $35.00 to be charged at final billing (optional)

You have the option to purchase a damage waiver for a one time upfront fee of $35.00 which covers unintentional damage to the Equipment during the Rental Period. Please see your completed Equipment Lease Agreement and Disclosures Document for additional details.

BREAST PUMP BENEFIT

Check this if you would like an electric breast pump delivered to your house. (There is no out of pocket cost for one electric breast pump per pregnancy.)
